My new web site was well under way but had reached a plateau. I was dealing with a web company who was making changes as and when I called which was pretty frequently!
This also was delaying the launch date as there was something missing in the overall site and providing information to the website designers in small chunks was dragging the process out & proving very costly.
I'd met gill whilst working on another project and asked her to look over the website to give me feedback and suggestions to move it forward. Gill prepared two documents, one for me detailing phased changes based on my budget and one for the coder for immediate implementation.
We then met with the coder to make a final push on the changes and launched just 3 days later!
I would have no hesitations in recommending Gill to others, and look forward to continuing to work with her myself.

Over the years our website has grown and really needed an overhaul.
It contained a lot of information which at one point extended over about 4 pages on our home page! Gill has been able to advise and suggest ways to gradually update the website and to make it easier for our grandparents and professionals to find the information they are looking for. Gill is also working with us to publicise our charity by growing the lawyers listing which we hold. She proves support for our Welfare Benefit Helpline and is the Charities Communications Manager.
Gill has recently facilitated the introduction of an extranet for staff volunteers and trustees.
Gill has a natural ability to engage with people making her an asset to our charity.

We first used Roobarb and Co when we asked Gill to overhaul www.norvic.biz for us. [Norvic Training Associates who deliver First Aid and Clinical Training in Norfolk.]
The website needed an overhaul to make it more usable and more visible on the web. We have had very positive feedback from our customers and it is working much better as a sales aid and is kept up to date by Gill.
More recently we have overhauled the site again reflecting open courses for Appointed Persons , First Aid at Work , First Aid Refresher, and Paediatric First Aid training in Norfolk.
